Weikfield Vegetarian Jelly Crystals

Weikfield Vegetarian Jelly Crystals do not contain gelatine. It is 100% vegetarian and set without refrigerator.

Directions:

1. Empty contents of pack in a bowl

2. Add 1.5 cup (350 ml) of boiling water

3. Stir to dissolve. For best results, cool & chill the mixture in the refrigerator until firm.

Remove jelly few minutes before serving for extra flavour. 

For Cremelle Flavour Weikfield Jelly Crystals

1. Empty liquid Caramel topping sachet into a half litre mould or 4 small cups.

2. Heat half litre of milk almost to the boiling point in a medium saucepan. Stir in the contents of Caramel mix sachet and bring to boil gently for two minutes, stirring all the time. 

3. Pour very gently  on to the topping made in the step #1 and keep in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hrs. Once set, serve cold.
