Fresh Vegetables

Please Note: We take utmost care while shipping perishable items like fresh fruits / vegetable. We select the best quality and fresh products at the time of packing. We ship these products according to the selected shipping options line Next Day or 2 - 4 days. However we want our customers to be aware of the ground reality that once we handover the parcels to the carrier, we have no control over further journey of it. 

Secondly, some fresh items like Coconuts, Wood Apple, Mangoes etc, are difficult to predict how it would turn from inside unless opened. At the time of packing, we inspect each item externally and it is packed only when found good. However it's internal characteristics could be different than what were observed externally. 

Hence please note that due to these natural & operational constraints, all fresh fruits, vegetables and any other products damaged due to it as a result of delayed or lost shipment are not eligible for refund or exchange in any forms.
