MTR Rasam Powder

MTR Rasam Powder for authentic South Indian Rasam taste. A favourite with rice & soup by itself.
Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilli, Cumin, Fenugreek, Asafoetida
Allergy Information: May contain traces of Mustard & Gluten.
Cooking directions for a family of 4:
Cook 4 tbsp Toor dal + 3 cups of water + half tsp oil + 1 pinch of turmeric powder. Churn cooked dal & keep aside.
Boil 2tbsp tamarind pulp(1:5 tamarind water + half tsp jaggery + 1 chopped tomato + 1 tbsp MTR Rasam Powder + 1 cup water.
Add cooked dal + Salt. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
Add half tsp mustard + curry leaves + 1 pinch Asafoetida. Add to Rasam.
