MDH Karahi Gosht Masala

Ingredients: Coriander, Chilli Red, Cumin, Turmeric, Dried Onion, Dried Ginger, Salt White, Dried Garlic, Cinnamon, Fenugreek Seeds, Cloves, Nutmeg, Nigella, Cardamom Green, Mace

MDH Karahi Gosht Masala is a blend of spices for Mutton recipe.
Preparation: In a deep heavy base pan, heat 60 gm cooking oil and fry 150 gm chopped onions till translucent. Add 500 gm mutton pieces and 10 - 15 gm MDH Karahi Gosht Masala. Fry for 10 minutes till Brown. Add 2 cups of water & cover. Cook for 20 minutes till they are soft & tender. Let half cup stock remain. Then add 30 gm juliennes of Capsicum & 60 gm Tomato. Stir & fry for 5 minutes. Dress with mashed leaves of Kasoori Methi & Lemon juice. Serve 2 - 3 persons.
