SECTION 21 - PRICE CHANGES
The prices on Desi Khazana may vary based on global commodity trading prices. However even if the prices change during the course of the day, for our customers the prices applicable will be those that are displayed while placing the order.
SECTION 22 - STOCK AVAILABILITY
At the time of shipping if any of the ordered items have insufficient stock to fulfill your order we will always contact you on your provided phone number or email id before processing your order and you will have the right to cancel or amend your order. However in case if we are unable to contact you or if there is a delay from your side in sorting this situation, it may result delay in dispatching your order.
SECTION 23 - PRODUCT IMAGES
All images of respective products on our website are for illustration purpose only. Manufacturers may change the appearance, labeling, packaging, ingredients at any time which may not reflect in corresponding product image or description. For any information about the product, please contact manufacturer directly.

During the purchase process on our store, customer information collected like name, address, email phone number etc. will be used for contacting you in regards to your orders or informing you about some offers through marketing emails.

Desi Khazana do not store customer data. All data is stored securely with professional third party service provider, protected by their firewall.
4. Payments:
While making payments for purchases on our website, Shopify will store your payment card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. At Desi Khazana, while shipping your order, we take utmost care to ensure that only fresh & best quality of fruits or vegetables are packed for you. However being highly perishable & fragile, some of the fruits / vegetables may degrade in quality or freshness during the shipment. Hence fresh vegetables / fruits items are not applicable for refund or replacements. We recommend opting for Next Day Delivery for these items.
2. All returns must be done within 7 days of receiving the delivery of the order. Buyer pays the return postage.
3. Due to food safety & hygienic reasons, refunds will be applicable for the items that are unused and not opened from its original packaging.
4. Photographic evidences will be required to be emailed while returning items for any reason.
5. Contact us over the phone or email BEFORE returning any item.
6. While returning the items, it is customer’s responsibility to ensure it reaches us safely & without any damage. Refund will not be processed for lost return shipment or the item/s that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
7. In case free shipping was availed for the order from which item/s are to be returned, it is essential to note that after reducing price of returned item/s from the original total order amount, if total cost of the retained products is less than minimum order amount criteria for Free Shipping that was applicable at the time of the order, then customer will have to pay shipping charges as applicable. These shipping charges can be paid separately or adjusted against total refund amount payable. Refund will be issued only upon receipt of the payment of shipping charges.
8. While returning specifically an item on which any type of discount was applied (in form of voucher / coupon etc) at the time of purchase, then while refunding, only that amount will be refunded which was actually paid for that product and not the discounted amount. In this case the discount code / coupon that was already used will not be reusable in future purchases.
9. If item/s to be returned was purchased as a multi buy discounted deal, and customer is returning only part of the total number of items purchased under that deal, then while calculating refund amount, each returned as well as retained item will be charged at the individual rate. This may increase the price of retained items under that multi buy deal which can be adjusted against the refund amount. If the cost of retained items is more than returned items, then customer will have to pay the difference.
10. Refund will be issued within 5 working days upon receiving, for the items that reach us safely & without damage.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- It is customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are delivered in safe place. Desi Khazana will not be responsible for return, refund or replacement of entirely lost shipment or stolen items from the box upon delivery or damaged items due to rain, snow etc.
- Fresh vegetables and fruits being highly perishable, it is recommended to unpack these items from plastic bags, immediately or within 8 hrs of receiving delivery and refrigerate it.
- For any issues related to the order or item/s received, customer must contact us within 12 hrs of receiving delivery along with photographic evidence.
- In case if customer wants to avoid specific day/s for the delivery or wants delivery on specific day, it is essential to add this information as a note on Checkout page AND also inform it to us by submitting form on Contact Us page with necessary details
- For us to communicate you anything about your order, it is your responsibility to provide us correct phone number & email address. Also it is customer's responsibility to respond to our communication promptly to avoid any delay in processing your order.

1. Shipping is free for all orders above net payable amount of £45 and above after applying discounts / gift vouchers / coupons
2. For all orders less than £45, following shipping rates will be applicable

3. Desi Khazana will not be responsible for replacement or refund of any completely lost shipment or lost items from the box. We recommend you to take these issues directly with the courier company.
4. All orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
