Triphala Churna (Triphala Powder) is traditionally used in Ayurveda medicine as a laxative and tonic for digestive tract, for short term relief of occasional constipation, to promote digestive fire, increase apatite and aid in digestion. 

Each 5 gm contains:

Indian Gooseberry (Amla) 1667 mg, Bibhitaki Fruit 1667 mg, Haritaki Fruit 

Directions: 

For adults, mix 1 teaspoon (5 gm) of Patanjali Triphala Powder with water or milk or as directed by health practitioner.

Consult health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast feeding. 

Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
