Along with taking black seeds oil internally it has been traditionally been used externally to promote smooth, radiant, glowing skin & hair.

Usage: Adults (14 years and above) 5 ml to be taken twice daily before food. For skin & hair care, apply a small amount and gently massage, leave as long as possible before washing.
