Ingredients: Rock Candy, Bamboo Manna, Long Pepper, Cardamoms, Cinnamon

Sitopaladi is a traditional formula used for centuries to support the respiratory system and also used as expectorant. 

Usage: For adults (14 years & above), mix 2 teaspoons of Hesh Sitopaladi Churna with 2 teaspoon of honey and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric. Make a paste without water. Use three times a day. Not suitable for diabetics. 

Food supplement, should not be used as substitute for varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
